Overview We are seeking to fill the role of Corporate Recruiter II. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners. Responsibilities • Exceed all recruiting activities and metrics including sourcing, screening, and reduction of aging of requisitions and improve employee retention• Analyze current market trends and provide recommendation to the business on marketing efforts to help brand organization and be an advocate for LoanCare as an Employer of Choice • Lead monthly meetings with business partners sharing best practices and talent acquisition trends to result in quicker interview to hire timeframes• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified talent• Create and foster relationships with universities and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates• Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house systems to identify and recruit the best candidates• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements• Create and present pre-screen questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval• Responsible for interviewing, testing and
