But as community health systems scale, many struggle to maintain quality, control costs, and deliver consistent results. Scale without performance puts lives at risk. Living Goods is a government performance partner that supports countries in Africa to build affordable, intelligent, high-impact community health systems. For almost 20 years, we have worked alongside the governments of Kenya, Uganda, and Burkina Faso to make community health work at scale. Our work focuses on aligning policies, financing, technology, and workforce to turn government investment into consistent, reliable, quality care for families. Our approach is research-proven, built for real-world constraints, and delivers life-saving care for about $2 per person served. As global health funding tightens and expectations for measurable results grow, governments need systems they can afford, sustain, and manage for results.
