Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics

Reporting to VP, Analytics & Data Science, the Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics will provide critical insights to business partners and strategic support to the executive team. You’ll have a significant impact on our product strategy with your high quality data/analyses, advanced analytics skills, and attention to detail. You’ll be the go to person for product performance, insights, and strategy. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and has a track record of using their technical skills and business acumen to quickly make an impact! ABOUT THIS TEAM The Analytics team is responsible for generating actionable insights and analyses for the business, AB testing, data driven decision making and supporting Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to create significant impact for our users and business. We also work very closely with Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering teams to advance our data infrastructure. We have a cutting edge AB Testing program, automations, and advanced data tools to deliver high quality analyses very efficiently. WHAT YOU’LL DO Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover opportunities for improving our products. Build advanced models and analytics tools to boost our product insights/recommendations. Proactively come up with data driven insights/recommendations and communicate them clearly to the business stakeholders. Analyze A/B tests to drive user conversion and engagement. Develop dashboards to inform business decisions
