The Data Science and Advanced Analytics team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of high-impact data science and advanced analytics across both business unit and enterprise stakeholders. The team helps to enable data-driven decision making across our businesses and supports the automation and AI needs of our stakeholders. The team utilizes dashboarding, statistical modeling, machine learning, forecasting, survival analysis, and AI-enabled solutions, while also supporting self-service tools that enable business teams to own more routine analytics. This leader will manage and develop a team of applied data scientists and analysts, shape a prioritized portfolio of work, and serve as a trusted partner who translates business questions into scalable analytical products and actionable recommendations.
