This role provides direct oversight, coaching, and support to team members, ensuring adherence to established processes, service standards, and performance expectations. The Supervisor monitors team performance, supports employee development, and serves as the primary escalation point for operational issues. This role focuses on execution, team effectiveness, and maintaining operational consistency. Your Key Contributions Supervise and support a team of individual contributors, including assigning work, providing guidance, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Monitor daily operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to service-level expectations Adjust workloads and priorities as needed to meet operational demands. Ensure work is completed within established service levels (SLAs), production expectations, and operational priorities by balancin
