The role supports clients in obtaining their documents and remaining united with their families through accurate legal work, client communication, and routine hearing coverage with supervision. The attorney coordinates with staff attorneys, paralegals, and support teams, provides technical guidance, resolves standard corrections and escalations, and seeks direction on complex or non-standard issues. The role exercises greater independence than an Operations Staff Attorney and delivers routine work requiring limited substantive edits.
