The role supports clients in obtaining their documents and remaining united with their families through assigned attorney-of-record responsibilities, client communications, and emergency hearing coverage. The attorney follows approved instructions, templates, and legal strategy, completes assigned review tasks accurately and on time, and escalates non-standard legal issues to senior attorneys. Your Key Contributions Serve as attorney of record on assigned immigration records pursuant to Form G-28 for USCIS matters or Form E-28 for immigration court matters, as applicable. Support development and implementation of legal strategy for assigned USCIS matters and cases pending in immigration court; obtain senior attorney direction and approval for strategy decisions and escalate non-standard issues.
