Joining our Firm means becoming part of a team devoted to keeping families together and “Changing as Many Lives as Possible.” About the Role The Operations Associate supports the Legal Operations Department by facilitating communication between operations and legal teams, handling client escalations, coordinating legal training, and ensuring legal consistency across teams. This role serves as the link between attorneys and operations, maintaining scripts and legal resources, triage client inquiries, and ensuring firm policies and USCIS guidance are consistently applied. The Operations Associate also serves as a legal subject matter expert (SME) for projects within the operations area they support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in immigration law, be goal-oriented, able to follow detailed instructions, and motivated to help our clients obtain documents and stay united with their families.
