RECRUITER JOB DESCRIPTION Position Designation: Consultant Recruiter (CR) This is a telecommute (work from home) position. This is a freelance position and is commission based. Essential Functions: Recruiters will be required to perform all or a combination of the following essential functions as determined by business necessity: Seeks, interviews, assesses, reference checks and places employees that completely satisfy the client requirements. Builds employee workforce through ads, career fairs, Internet relationships and other sources. Schedule, arrange interviews of candidates as per client requests. Uploads the researched profile on company portal for maintaining a database of work performed. Actively participates in all team meetings; actively shares ideas and concepts. Continuously explores new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums and grow their candidate pools. Actively participates in networking groups and other business and community programs to increase skill knowledge.
