The Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple facilities. This role will work closely with Regional Directors of Operations and facility management teams to identify staffing needs, source and evaluate qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure timely placement across all locations. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and capable of managing multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining accurate recruitment records and providing regular hiring updates. This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Platform Management: Oversee and maintain the recruitment platform, including creating, updating, monitoring, and closing job postings as hiring needs evolve. Staffing Needs Coordination: Communicate regularly with Regional Directors of Operations and facility management teams to identify current staffing requirements, prioritize vacancies, and track hiring needs across all facilities. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Source candidates through appropriate recruitment channels, review resume
