This position partners closely with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer. The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a flexible, variable-hour contract position, with hours ranging from 0–40 per week depending on business needs. Workload may fluctuate significantly, so candidates should be comfortable with periods of no scheduled work as well as periods of part-time and full-time assignments.
