Ensure that clinical study management and project deliverables are completed within prescribed timelines and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), established policies, and practices. Provide project-related support and assistance across multiple projects, sites, and teams, and review structured clinical data with access to medical records. Ensure that work is performed in accordance with SOPs, policies, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulatory requirements. Ensure protocol compliance, overall completeness, and readiness of patient information provided for the next level of review, while meeting key performance indicators and timelines. Facilitate effective review of site visit reports and ensure consistent application of quality standards to meet or exceed established standards.
