Job Description This is a remote position with up to 50% domestic travel required. Candidates may reside anywhere in the United States, but would prefer if they live within the geography. The geography covers: Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Texas. The Federal Account Executive (FAE) manages product and portfolio access within targeted federal accounts (VA, DoW, Indian Health, and the Federal Bureau of Prisons) and leads alignment and best practices across multiple geographies. Accountable for market access for the entire US Commercial product portfolio within the Federal Channel, the FAE secures product placement on customer formularies and improves utilization management criteria by engaging regional healthcare decision makers and local and natio
