Product Consultant, Personal Lines Property & Specialty

Description Do you want to shape future product offerings within USRM by helping the Personal Lines Specialty Team build best-in-class products across the portfolio while working to simplify our business by defining complex problems and recommending solutions? The US Retail Markets PL Specialty Product organization is hiring a Consultant for the Specialty Frontier and Product Development team. This role will split time between Frontier work—driving product convergence, Legacy Book consolidation, and operationalization of our go-forward products—and Specialty product development—researching, incubating and implementing new product concepts. You will partner with cross-functional Specialty Product teams to drive alignment on your recommendations and ensure they are incorporated into our go-forward Frontier offerings. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to different products and programs within the Specialty portfolio. You can expect to think strategically about what course of action we should take and tactically about how we’ll get your proposed solutions to market.
