As part of the expansion of its Networks & Urban Development division, our client is recruiting an Urban/Industrial Thermal Cell Manager (M/F) to strengthen its teams. What are the missions? Acting as a true technical, managerial, and commercial reference, you will manage all activities dedicated to production thermal power plant projects, in close collaboration with management and internal teams. Activity management & cell structuring: Manage the activity of the cell dedicated to production thermal power plant projects: creation, renovation, energy switching. Structure, plan, and monitor overall activity: resource organization, project prioritization, and workload management. Define and implement the cell's methods, tools, and performance indicators. Team management and development: Line-manage a team of specialized engineers. Ensure the distribution of missions, skills development, and support for employees. Unite teams around common objectives and guarantee performance.
