You’ll deliver high-impact coaching sessions, provide actionable guidance, and elevate client positioning through resume and LinkedIn optimization. This role is ideal for an experienced coach/consultant who blends empathy with structure, and strategy with execution. What You’ll Do Conduct 1:1 career coaching sessions (discovery, goal-setting, accountability, and progress tracking) Assess client backgrounds and translate experience into clear career narratives and target-role positioning Optimize resumes for clarity, impact, and relevance (achievement-driven bullets, role alignment, ATS-aware formatting) Optimize LinkedIn profiles (headline, about section, experience, keywords, and overall brand consistency) Coach clients on job-search strategy: targeting, networking, outreach messaging, and interview preparation Create tailored action plans with measurable milestones and timelines Provide thoughtful, timely feedback on client drafts and iterations (resume, LinkedIn, and supporting materials) Maintain high standards of
