Manager, Retail Inventory Operations

We're looking for a Manager, Retail Inventory Operations, to support optimal product availability and operational efficiency within the US and Canada retail store fleet. This role leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of all in-store inventory management (inbound/outbound logistics) and serves as the primary business owner for the in-store technology roadmap and our point-of-sale system. The ultimate goal is to minimize inventory loss (shrink) while equipping store teams with the best possible processes and technology to deliver a world-class customer experience. You will report to the Senior Director, Retail Enablement & Operations and lead a small team. Responsibilities Design, document, and oversee all in-store logistics processes, including receiving, unpacking, sorting, processing returns, managing store-to-store transfers, and preparing outbound shipments. Implement and monitor strategies to maximize on-floor in-stocks and overall product availability, leveraging RFID tools.
