Find your fit — and your future. Summary of the role: The Manager, ERP AI Engineering leads the forward deployment of AI-enabled ERP capabilities across SAP S/4HANA and connected platforms. This role translates business process intent into secure, reliable, and scalable solutions using SAP Business AI, Joule, AI agents, process intelligence, observability, and governed automation. Partnering closely with SAP functional, engineering, and support teams, the leader drives deployment readiness, release execution, controls, monitoring, incident prevention, and self-healing operations across critical functions such as PTP, OTC, DTC, and FICO. With deep SAP expertise and strong agentic AI engineering discipline, the role advances autonomous ERP operations while ensuring responsible AI usage, strong production reliability, measurable operational improvement, and controlled execution for business-critical processes.
