🎯 Your goal: End-to-end management of eCommerce "Build" and "Run" projects for a portfolio of brands and distributors, in direct contact with clients and the agency's technical team (developers 100% based in France). Challenge your e-merchants' needs, offer them tailor-made and personalized solutions, and guide them toward what will truly drive results. Define business solutions meeting client needs. We will rely on your business understanding, technical knowledge, and ability to propose solutions, which the technical team will then deploy. Independently manage day-to-day client relations (primarily via video calls). Collaborate with the internal tech team on specific developments and integrations. Be supported by the Consulting Director to develop client relationships and medium- to long-term projects. 💛 Your team: The company: an eCommerce agency of around 20 people created 15 years ago, supporting about 60 brands (luxury, lifestyle, fashion, home equipment, photography, etc.).
