LeoLabs is seeking a mission-driven Customer Operations & Pre-Sales Enablement Manager to support both customer success and growth across the APAC region. This role requires candidates to be based in the APAC region. This role blends strategic pre-sales engagement with post-sale operational support. You will partner with Sales during pursuit efforts to shape mission-aligned solutions, then lead onboarding, training, and operational enablement to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor to government, defense, and commercial partners — translating mission re
