Position Summary The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is responsible for leading and continuously enhancing Lennar Mortgage's Compliance Management System (CMS) to ensure adherence to applicable federal and state mortgage banking laws, regulations, investor requirements, and internal policies. The CCO serves as a strategic business partner to executive leadership by leveraging regulatory expertise, technology, data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and process automation to proactively identify and mitigate compliance risk. This role oversees licensing and regulatory examination activities, drives a culture of compliance through effective training and communication, and ensures the organization maintains operational excellence while adapting to an evolving regulatory and technological landscape.
