The Role We are looking for a Product Manager (remote, residing in Canada). You'll own a meaningful slice of the product in a small, focused team: a Product Lead, a junior PM, and you. There's no sprawling org to navigate. What there is instead is a dynamic, fast-moving problem space, a steep industry learning curve, and a genuine need for someone who can walk into ambiguity and walk out with a clear direction. The scope of what you own will evolve, shaped by where the business needs are highest and where your strengths are best applied. Early candidates for ownership include our analytics and growth practice, and contributing to and executing our strategy for moving upmarket toward credit unions and larger broker organizations.
