Key responsibilities include leading design reviews, mentoring junior designers, collaborating with other disciplines, managing project timelines, and staying updated on relevant technologies to ensure the structural integrity and successful delivery of projects. Effective communication supported by a philosophy of continuous improvement and teamwork is required.
