Subcontracts Program Manager

Are you a talented and experienced Subcontracts Program Manager ? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Leidos is seeking a skilled SPM to join our Antarctic Support Contract (ASC) program. In this role, you'll report directly to the ASC Program Manager and work closely with our senior leadership team, functional managers, and subcontract administrators to provide technical and programmatic oversight to our ASC subcontractors. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the program management discipline is fully integrated into the supply chain, guaranteeing that our subcontractors meet our program cost, schedule, quality, and performance requirements. You'll take on a vital position as the Leidos SPM, focusing on the management of the subcontractors versus the administration of the subcontract agreement, overseeing all current and new subcontracts. You'll have the authority and responsibility to lead and manage the contract(s), maintain relationships with vendors, and advocate our Leidos technical managers. The ASC Program currently has over 70 subcontractors, with 10 subs encompassing most of the 2,000 people who deploy yearly.
