As a mid-level Software Engineer, you will be a hands-on contributor building backend services, intelligent agents, and automation workflows that power these platforms. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team of software engineers, systems engineers, ISSEs, and security professionals, collaborating in GitLab to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant AI-enabled solutions. This role is ideal for a developer who is excited about treating systems, automation, and knowledge as code —from infrastructure and deployment pipelines to agent behavior, workflows, and even operational or business logic.
