Senior Subcontracts Specialist

The Homeland Sector is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to support the programs, proposals, and business objectives of the Air Traffic Business Area. This role will lead full life cycle (“cradle-to-grave”) subcontract management activities supporting both U.S. Government and Commercial programs which complies with contract requirements, company policies and procedures, and applicable laws and acquisition regulations. The successful candidate will be the primary interface between subcontractors and the program for the contractual management of agreements of various types typically of a moderate to high dollar value, risk, creativity and complexity, and will interact with other functional areas (e.g., program management, contracts, project control, finance, growth, etc.) to complete the necessary activities for the portfolio they’re assigned. They will provide strategic proposal support centered around the win strategy and be expected to effectively manage their time, prioritize actions, meet deadlines with minimal supervision, and be a detail-oriented peer who can work both independently and as part of a team. The position requires a thorough knowledge of federal subcontracting, and experience in providing creative solutions to business and program requirements.
