Responsibilities: Conduct negotiations and mediate agreements related to credit recovery. Assist lawyers in conducting other administrative and operational activities related to credit recovery. Prepare reports and email communications. Update spreadsheets, systems, and internal controls. Provide support in the preparation and organization of documents and procedural information. Contact clients when necessary. Support the analysis and organization of information for monitoring legal proceedings. Utilize Generative Artificial Intelligence tools to support area activities.
