A little about the position: Job Summary The Regional Supply Chain Manager, Fiberglass owns production scheduling, material planning and purchasing (replenishment), inventory, and order fulfillment execution for multiple fiberglass manufacturing sites. This role is accountable for key supply chain performance metrics including on-time delivery performance, lead-time accuracy, promise date execution, inventory health, service levels, and material availability supporting dealers and installers. The role coordinates and optimizes the fiberglass supply chain through key partnerships with logistics operations, customer service, product management, sales, and operations to deliver the highest level of service to customers. The role also leads the execution and optimization of finite scheduling, weekly S&OE, monthly SIOP, and capacity planning across multiple manufacturing sites. Some of What You Will Do: O
