Windows Operating Systems System Administrator - Senior

Provision of remote and/or on-site support services aimed at implementing and maintaining the environment in full operation. Analyze and anticipate possible solutions for potential problems related to the use of technological resources/Windows Data Center products. Design, operate, administer, and maintain solutions, tools, software, and hardware that make up the service and application support layer; Operate, administer, and maintain physical and virtual servers; Handle incidents, problems, requests, and changes related to the service and application infrastructure; Execute configurations, alterations, and optimizations in the support environment aiming at performance, stability, and availability; Keep the environment updated according to guidelines established in change management processes; Monitor suppliers, when necessary, for support and incident resolution; Prepare and keep technical documentation of the entire environment updated; Define software usage policies on workstations (GPOs, standard images, among others); Install and configure the Windows operating system and its services, including support for high availability environments; Manage the use of computational resources of the server and workstation platform, integrated with the organization's network management platform; Install and activate KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) equipment for servers; Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents in the environment
