Job Description Position Title: Associate Product Manager Position Reporting To: Product Manager Department: Product Management Location: Monterey, CA Headquarters Office Status: Full-Time Employee Essential Functions The ideal candidate will support Product Manager(s) in defining product release requirements based on market problems. This candidate will work with Product Managers and Marketing Communications to assist in defining the go-to-market strategy by providing key product and market insights. Communications skills are key to success in this role. The candidate must be prepared to communicate with all areas of the company, with emphasis on supporting the sales channel and customers. This candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy that includes a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. This candidate must also enjoy spending time in the market to understand market problems, and finding innovative solutions for the broader market. Success is achieved by meeting or exceeding product P&L commitments. Key Essential Functions: You are a key contributor to the team responsible for P&L for on demand audio and video interpreting for both business and direct to consumer markets. You will analyze and optimize product profitability and sales success while collaborating with vendors, operations and customer service teams to cut expense and improve efficiency.
