Business/System Analyst

What you will do: Participate in the development of architectural solutions for the implementation of Marketing Initiatives (MI) and Products as an expert/analyst in the billing system. Provide high-level estimations of change complexity for product implementation. Analyze requirements with customers, build and describe diagrams (class diagram, statechart diagram, sequence diagram, deployment diagram, component diagram, etc.) using BPMNv2, UML, or other approaches, and propose solution options and functionality. Coordinate changes with customers and the team responsible for Product development. Prepare technical documentation (SRS) in Confluence. Be responsible for populating and maintaining
