Project Manager

About The Role KVG is looking for a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects from initiation to closure. You will work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define scope, build project plans, manage resources, and reduce risk across KVG 's global operations. What You Will Do Coordinate cross-discipline team members so everyone is aligned on requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and resolve issues as they arise during execution. Make sure deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on time. Prepare clear status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing project information. Build and run project communication plans so all stakeholders are informed in a clear and timely way. Manage change requests, assess their impact on timelines and budgets, and communicate changes to the right people. Coordinate user manuals, training materials, and other documentation for successful implementation and handover. Identify new opportunities with clients to expand project scope and build long-term relationships. Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables and manage customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Run post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and areas for improvement. Guide and mentor junior project team members in their professional development.
