As a German Customer Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our German-speaking clientele. This position offers the possibility of working entirely from home and requires you to be available to start on July 19th! Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to answer questions and provide support. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting customer needs quickly and professionally. Resolve customer issues using problem-solving skills and collaborating with relevant internal teams. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
