Your Opportunity Forming part of the Firmwide Transformation team this role will play a key role in; Provide understanding and insights into business transformation, process and organisational design and change management to support the delivery of transformation projects impacting KPMG operations Conduct detailed assessment of performance improvement opportunities aligned to our capabilities to deliver real transformation and automation with clear success measures Facilitate teamwork and be part of a collaborative environment at all project steps ensuring opportunities for transformation are identified and provide insights to improved systems, processes, procedures and best practices.
