ServiceNow Application Architect

Applications for this position will be accepted through 11/15/26 Koniag Data Services, LLC (KDS), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Architect to support KDS and our government customer. This position is Remote. The ServiceNow Application Architect will be responsible for: Architect and Design Solutions: Define and implement ServiceNow architecture standards, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy. Evaluate deployed applications to identify opportunities for improvement. Platform Administration: Support administration of the platform including authority-to-operate (ATO), instance patching, upgrades, environment clones and MID server management. Recommend Solutions: Using expert knowledge of platform capabilities, combined with observations of how the client is using the platform, recommend and document solutions for client consideration that align with product entitlements and business objectives. Implement Solutions: Perform hands-on development to deliver solutions spanning both out of the box and custom applications.
