About the position: At Koltin, the Talent Acquisition team is the first face of the company to the market. We are looking for a Junior Recruiter with high curiosity, a learning attitude, and a service vocation, who wants to train as an end-to-end recruiter and grow within the area. You will have exposure to the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer, using BambooHR as an ATS, and you will work hand-in-hand with Hiring Managers from different areas. Both candidates and Hiring Managers are our clients, so experience, clear communication, and timely follow-up are key pillars of the role. You are a good fit if you: Have 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. Have a constant learning mindset and openness to receive feedback.
