Independent Sales Partner (m/f/d) on a Commission Basis

Kola Invest GmbH is looking for independent sales partners to present the NetZero product to owners of multi-family apartment buildings at zero cost to them. Together with a partner, we modernize existing heating systems without requiring any investment from the property owner. Afterwards, they purchase heat at a guaranteed price per kWh for 10-15 years. Planning, installation, and implementation are completely free of charge for the owner. You work independently, from any location, and on a purely performance-based model. We provide calculations, proposals, and technology—you bring the property owners. Responsibilities Your duties You approach owners, portfolio holders, and property management companies of multi-family buildings through your network or via cold calling. You present Kola NetZero in meetings, by phone, via video, or on-site. You record the key data of the property and submit it within minutes via our partner portal. You present the finalized offer to the property owner and guide them through to signing. We handle calculations, technical reviews, and offer creation. The contract is concluded directly between the owner and the provider. Therefore, you do not need to plan heating technology or draft contracts.
