Adaptive Consultants work in partnership with clients and internal teams to ensure maximum value out of a client's Workday investment. The role is responsible for providing Workday Post Production support across Workday Adaptive Insights module(s), understanding the client's business and requirements, and configuring, designing and delivering solutions that best fit client needs. Adaptive Consultants drive high client satisfaction through building relationships with clients and delivering impeccable customer service. Responsibilities Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Adaptive module(s). Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Assess client needs and propose recommendations and⁄or alternative solutions to meet client goals. Assist clients in testing Workday Adaptive Insights configuration, provide knowledge transfer and develop documentation as applicable.
