The challenge: help us build the next knowmad mood. knowmad mood is entering a new phase. We are a multinational technology group specialized in digital transformation, with more than 3,500 professionals, over 1,000 clients, and a history spanning more than 30 years. In recent years, we have transitioned from being a fundamentally Spanish company into building a true international and multi-specialist group, combining organic growth with acquisitions. Today, we operate in Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia, with a presence in: Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Italy, the United States, Morocco, India, Mexico, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, and Peru, in addition to further developing our presence in other markets such as Brazil. Spain continues to be, by far, our main operation: it concentrates a very significant share of our professionals, our business, and our capabilities. At the same time, the Group's international weight is growing rapidly, and we want to accelerate that evolution. Alongside our organic growth, we have incorporated companies with different cultures, capabilities, and backgrounds: New Verve Consulting in the UK; Incipy, Interwor, Grupo Antea, Vanture ESS, and BUZZ in Spain; ASERVO —now knowmad mood Germany— and MuniConS in Germany; and more recently, CDA Informática, our largest acquisition to date and a particularly important step in the development of knowmad mood in Latin America. And we want to continue doing so.
