Delivery Manager (Cryptoassets - Banking)

We are looking for a Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects aimed at creating cryptoasset services in a regulated banking environment, ensuring that scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met to the standards expected of a financial institution. The role coordinates multidisciplinary teams combining business, technology, risk, and regulatory compliance profiles, and manages dependencies and interdependencies inherent to a domain with high regulatory and technological complexity. You may manage multiple projects in parallel within the cryptoasset scope. Key Responsibilities: • Leadership of multidisciplinary teams in highly complex and ambiguous environments. • Stakeholder management at various levels of the organization: business, technology, risk, and compliance. • Risk identification and management with a cross-functional project vision, anticipating implications specific to the cryptoasset domain. • Clear and stakeholder-adapted communication: ability to translate technical and regulatory decisions into business terms and vice versa. • Sound judgment for decision-making in regulated environments where regulatory changes can condition scope and deadlines. • Delivery-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel without losing focus or quality.
