We are looking for someone who has: Technical competence Minimum 3–4 years of experience with Java and/or Kotlin, including modern frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot). Experience in developing robust backend solutions and integrations (REST-based APIs). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), as well as familiarity with containers and modern development practices (CI/CD). Experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL), SQL development, and ORM frameworks such as JPA/Hibernate. It is an advantage if you also have: Frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React. Interest in and experience with using AI assistants and modern AI tools in daily development work. Experience and working style Good business understanding and the ability to find good technical solutions to customer needs. Experience from a consultancy role is an advantage.
