Advanced Corporate and Commercial Legal Support Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, including service agreements, master agreements, leases, referrals, outsourcing arrangements, and strategic partnerships. Independently assess legal, regulatory, and commercial risks; propose practical, business‑oriented solutions aligned with company risk appetite. Support transaction structuring and advise business units on contractual implications, obligations, and risk exposure. Corporate Governance and Structuring Handle corporate housekeeping requirements with minimal supervision, including preparation and review of board and shareholder resolutions, secretary’s certificates, and governance documentation. Support corporate restructuring, entity management, and inter‑company arrangements for local and offshore affiliates. Assist in corporate secretarial functions, as may be assigned.
