Product Engineer - Talent Pool

What you'll do Frequently conduct requirements gathering meetings with the client Collect and document all requirements in an organized structure Rapidly prototype solutions using modern tools, including AI-powered tools Present prototypes to the stakeholders, using material to refine requirements' definition Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation Gather feedback from users or clients and iterate quickly Contribute to improving product quality and user experience Support decision-making with a product and technical perspective Test the project delivered ensuring it meets the business needs Requirements Academic background in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or similar) Strong product mindset combined with a technical background Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Interest to work more closely to clients, spending great time on meetings to collect requirements Experience or comfort/interest to work with rapid prototyping Knowledge or interest to work with software testing life cycle Interest in or hands-on experience with AI tools (professional or personal projects) A
