Senior UX Designer

King Group is a team that creates international iGaming products for the UA and Tier-1 markets. Millions of people use our products daily, and our UX solutions directly impact business results. We are currently looking for a Senior UX Designer who knows how to spot weaknesses in user scenarios, propose effective solutions, and improve key product metrics. This is a role for those who love independence, do not need constant management, and want to see the real impact of their work on the product. What you will do: Conduct UX audits of product scenarios and find growth points; Analyze user flows and propose solutions that improve conversion; Independently work on product tasks from analysis to the final solution; Design UX solutions for international digital products; Work with product metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of proposed changes; Closely collaborate with Product Managers, analysts, and the development team. What is important to us: Mandatory experience working with products in the iGaming / Gambling industry; Deep understanding of UX, user behavior, and digital product design principles; Proficiency in Figma; Experience conducting UX audits, identifying issues in user flows, and finding effective solutions; Ability to work with product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or equivalents); Understanding of product metrics and the ability to build and analyze user funnels; Familiarity with the iGaming market, understanding of user mechanics and behavior.
