Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO)

At Kinetix , a New Charter Company, we are seeking a Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) in a remote, United States-based role (in other companies this person could hold the title of Strategic Technology Advisor, Virtual IT Director, IT Strategy Consultant) to develop technology strategies, roadmaps, and investment plans that align IT solutions with client business objectives. This is a fully remote position based in the United States. In this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic technology advisor to assigned clients, partnering with executive stakeholders, internal technical teams, and Cybersecurity Services to guide technology investments and long-term IT planning. You will lead technology business reviews, develop IT budgets and lifecycle strategies using ScalePad, and recommend solutions across platforms such as Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Intune, Azure, Jamf MDM, Okta, and CrowdStrike. You will also identify opportunities to expand Kinetix services while ensuring technology recommendations deliver measurable business value. To be successful in this role, you will combine broad technical expertise with strong business acumen, relationship management, and executive-level communication skills.
