As a Senior Growth Operations Business Partner (Senior GOBP) at KinderCare Learning Companies, you’ll play a key role in bringing new, acquired, and reopening centers to life. You’ll lead a portfolio of high-impact growth projects, partnering with field leaders and cross-functional teams to drive operational readiness, successful openings, and seamless transitions into ongoing operations.
