Position Summary KIND is seeking a Manager, Donor Data and Operations, to serve as the primary administrator and departmental subject matter expert for Salesforce and related systems. Reporting to the Director of Development Operations, this position is responsible for the integrity, effectiveness, and day-to-day management of Salesforce, donor data, gift administration, reporting, system documentation, user training, and finance reconciliation processes. Working in close partnership with the Director of Development Operations, the Manager identifies opportunities to enhance Salesforce functionality, improve business processes, strengthen data quality, and optimize reporting capabilities. The Manager develops recommendations, supports roadmap planning, and leads the implementation of approved system enhancements while supporting the broader departmental strategy and priorities.
