The Program Analytics & Reporting Analyst provides program-level analytics, reporting, data stewardship, and quality oversight across the Problem Management program. Working across multiple Problem Resolution Teams (PRTs), this role analyzes information from Problem records, Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), incidents, Known Error Database (KEDB) records, performance measures, and other relevant sources to identify trends, relationships, gaps, and emerging risks. This role serves as a cross-program analytical and oversight function, connecting information that may not be visible within an individual investigation or team. The Analyst supports program repositories and data quality, tracks and reports client-established performance measures, identifies cross-program trends and patterns, and provides quality oversight of Problem Management outputs.
