The HAM Data Quality Team Lead is responsible for owning end-to-end data integrity across the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) environment in support of the Office of Information and Technology (OIT) at the Department of Veterans Affairs. As legacy asset tracking systems are consolidated into ServiceNow HAM Pro, sustained data quality is a critical dependency for implementation success. This role leads the Data Quality Team, supporting the ongoing cleanup of HAM Configuration Items (Cls), and establishes the standards and governance needed to keep asset records accurate, complete, and consistent. The individual will serve as both a hands-on data quality leader and a collaborative partner, enabling reliable asset visibility and compliance reporting that directly support VA's mission to serve Veterans.
