Junior Catastrophe Risk Analyst (Italy Only)

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a professional to join our catastrophe risk modeling and analysis team, with a solid programming background, particularly in Python, and strong data analysis skills. You will work closely with the technical team on existing systems and processes, with opportunities to propose methodological and automation improvements. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the analysis and processing of data related to catastrophic risks (natural and/or man-made). Develop and maintain Python code for data processing, validation, and visualization. Contribute to the critical interpretation of model results, identifying anomalies, limitations, and potential improvements. Collaborate with the team to integrate new features and optimize existing processes. Document work clearly to ensure traceability and knowledge transfer. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Prior experience, including academic or project-based, with risk data/models. Strong programming skills, particularly in Python (data handling, scripting, analysis libraries).
